Purchase Review – Extremely negative experience with delivery and customer service Unfortunately, to date, I have not received the product I purchased from LOBOO. Upon checking the tracking information, I was surprised to learn that the shipment had been returned abroad by order of the relevant authorities, due to an insufficient description of the contents on the Import Declaration. I reached out to LOBOO seeking clarification and a resolution, but their initial response was to tell me to contact the postal service (Correios) directly—as if the responsibility for resolving an issue related to an international shipment were mine alone. I find this stance inappropriate. As a customer, I made a purchase and expect to receive the product I paid for. It is the seller’s responsibility—in coordination with their logistics partner—to investigate what happened and find a concrete solution. Most frustratingly, not only have I failed to receive the tank bag I bought for my motorcycle, but I am also forced to spend my own time trying to resolve a problem I did not cause. This review is not about the quality of the product itself, as I have not yet had the opportunity to receive or use it. Rather, it concerns the overall purchasing experience, the delivery process, and the after-sales support. I expect LOBOO to take responsibility, address the situation, and provide a fair solution—whether by reshipping the item with the proper documentation or by offering another alternative that ensures I do not incur a loss. Purchasing an international product requires trust. And trust also means having support when something goes wrong. Until this issue is effectively resolved, my experience with LOBOO remains extremely unsatisfactory.
The product is good, but the order process was not so smooth, they did not include the lock set for this product.
